氮化疏松是影响氮化件质量的主要缺陷之一,可显著降低白层致密度,使表面硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性下降。本文根据实验结果并参考有关资料对疏松的形成过程和影响因素进行了分析,认为氮化疏松的形成主要是高氮亚稳定铁氮化物分解的结果,凡增大铁氮化物不稳定的因素都促使铁氮化物分解和疏松形成。这些因素一般包括氮化气氛组成、氮化工艺过程和纲材成分。文中还提出了控制氮化疏松的基本途径。
