自从1895年伦琴发现X射线以来,迄今已八十多年了,由于科学技术的发展更加显示出X射线荧光光谱分析具有准确度高,分析速度快,试样形态多样,对原材料、矿石到钢铁,有色合金、稀土、稀有金属元素的测定都比较有效,近年来在环保分析方面的应用也在逐年增多。 X射线荧光分析是一个比较成熟的分析手段,使用范围在不断扩大。Macdonald在1980年评论中统计了最近文献报告后指出,文献中30%是关于强度和浓度的换算,仪器的发展和技术改进约占20%,而一半文章是关于分析应用的,国内外在分析应用方面已很普及。现就最近几年新的发展情况,讲述四个问题:
