新近,国内外专家又从入和大鼠心房肌细胞中发现一类新的循环激素称为心房肽。心房肽(Atriopeptins)亦称心钠索(Cardionatrin),是近年从大鼠心房分离捉纯的一类调节肽。它是心脏产生的一类激素,主要由21至28个氨基酸组成,分别命名为心房肽Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ。本文就心房肽的发现,生物学作用及其临床意义作扼要的介绍,希望对心脏功能研究的突破性进展有所了解,对心血管等疾病的防治有所促进和提高。
Recently, domestic and foreign experts from the rat and rat atrial myocytes found a new class of circulating hormone known as atrial fibrillation. Atriopeptins, also known as Cardionatrin, is a class of regulatory peptides that are isolated and purified from the atrium of rats in recent years. It is a type of hormone produced by the heart and consists mainly of 21 to 28 amino acids, named atrial peptides I, II and III, respectively. In this paper, the discovery of atrial natriuretic peptide, its biological function and clinical significance are briefly introduced. It is hoped to understand the breakthrough of cardiac function research and to promote and improve the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
