目的 :探讨中西医结合治疗慢性弥漫性外耳道炎的疗效。方法 :治疗组采用中成药和美口服液 (组方 :生石膏、金银花、龙胆、栀子、甜地丁、黄芩、连翘、板蓝根等 )内服 ,外用与阿莫西林口服 ,本病 40例 ,并设对照组进行对照。结果 :观察组总有效率 89.1 % ,对照组总有效率 66.7% ,两组相比较 ,治疗组明显优于对照组 ( P<0 .5 )。提示 :本方法对本病能明显地提高疗效、降低复发率。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic diffuse otitis externa. Methods: The treatment group was orally administrated with Chinese medicine and the United States oral solution (group prescription: gypsum, honeysuckle, gentian, gardenia, sweet diced, skullcap, forsythia, Radix, etc.) And set the control group for comparison. Results: The total effective rate was 89.1% in the observation group and 66.7% in the control group. Compared with the control group, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P <0. 5). Tip: The method of this disease can significantly improve the efficacy and reduce the recurrence rate.
