秦永洋同志是鄂州市华容镇牌坊村的老乡医,他从事农村卫生工作已28年了。在救死扶伤这个平凡而崎岖的道路上,他执著追求、探索,创造了不平凡的自我,留下了一串串深受乡亲们赞道的闪光足迹。为此,他个人年年被上级主管部门评为先进工作者,他所在的卫生室被鄂州市人民政府授予“甲级村卫生室”称号。1994年10月,鄂州市农村卫生工作现场会在华容镇牌坊村召开,对此,鄂州市电视台作了专题报道。人民为什么会给他这么多的荣誉?我们不妨回顾一下秦永洋同志所经过的历程。
Comrade Qin Yongyang is a fellow practitioner of Archway Village, Huarong Town, Ezhou City. He has been engaged in rural health work for 28 years. On this ordinary and rugged road to life and death, he persistently pursues, explores and creates an extraordinary self, leaving behind a series of flash strokes praised by the folks. To this end, he was personally rated as advanced by the competent authorities every year, where he was the Ezhou Municipal People’s Government awarded the “Class A village clinic” title. October 1994, Ezhou City, rural health work site will be held in the archtown of Huarong Town Square, which Ezhou City TV made a special report. Why should the people give him so much honor?
