目的 :确立多抗甲素注射液细菌内毒素检查方法。方法 :参照中国药典 2 0 0 0年版二部细菌内毒素检查法要求进行试验。结果 :该药在 6 0mg·ml-1不干扰内毒素试验。结论 :该药采用内毒素检查法进行检测是可行的。
Objective: To establish a method of bacterial endotoxin test for injection of poly-A. Methods: According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2000 edition two bacterial endotoxin test requirements of the test. Results: The drug at 60mg · ml-1 did not interfere with the endotoxin test. Conclusion: It is feasible to detect the drug by endotoxin test.
