为定量分析各影响因素对乡镇企业水污染的影响程度,以广西省乡镇企业为例,基于2002~2011年广西壮族自治区乡镇企业经济发展与水环境污染的统计数据,通过定性分析得到加剧广西乡镇企业水污染恶化的影响因素,并利用最小二乘法构建了乡镇企业污染排放综合计量模型。分析结果表明,产业结构层次低下、城市化进程加速是导致广西乡镇企业水环境日趋恶化的主要原因,调整产业结构、合理规划城市化进程、加大环保投资和乡镇区域环保管制力度是实现可持续发展的必要前提。
In order to quantitatively analyze the impact of various influencing factors on the water pollution of township and village enterprises, taking Guangxi’s township enterprises as an example, based on the statistical data of economic development and water pollution of township enterprises in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from 2002 to 2011, Enterprise water pollution deteriorating factors, and using least squares method to build a comprehensive measurement of pollution discharge of township enterprises model. The analysis shows that the low level of industrial structure and the acceleration of urbanization are the main reasons leading to the deteriorating water environment of township and village enterprises in Guangxi. It is necessary to adjust the industrial structure, rationally plan the urbanization process, increase the investment in environmental protection and environmental protection in towns and townships, The necessary prerequisites for development.
