医院的和谐发展是医疗改革进程中的重要内容,医院女职工是医院和谐发展的重要细胞。女职工群体作为医院发展的关键角色,在营造和谐医疗服务环境,维护和谐医患关系中起到举足轻重的作用,是关系到医院能否实现科学健康发展的决定因素之一。全国妇联每两年开展一次评选“巾帼文明岗”和“巾帼文明建功标兵”的活动,十年来,我院先后有10个集体,6名个人分别获得荣誉称号。
The harmonious development of the hospital is an important part of the medical reform process. The female staff in the hospital are the important cells for the harmonious development of the hospital. As a pivotal role in hospital development, female employee groups play an important role in creating a harmonious medical service environment and maintaining a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, which is one of the determinants of the hospital’s ability to achieve a scientific and healthy development. Every two years, the All-China Women’s Federation has conducted a selection of “women’s civilizations” and “women’s civilizations” in the past two years. In the past 10 years, 10 collectives and 6 individuals in our institute have respectively won honorary titles.
