目的：研究视网膜母细胞瘤（ｒｅｔｉｎｏｂｌａｓｔｏｍａ，ＲＢ）细胞的增殖活性与ＲＢ组织学分型和浸润能力的关系。方法：应用链霉亲和物素蛋白－生物素酶标免疫组织化学方法（ＬＳＡＢ法）对４８例ＲＢ组织中增殖细胞核抗原（ｐｒｏｌｉｆｅｒａｔｉｎｇｃｅｌｎｕｃｌｅａｒａｎｔｉｇｅｎ，ＰＣＮＡ）的表达进行分析。结果：１２例分化型ＲＢ组织平均ＰＣＮＡ标记指数（ｌａｂｅｌｉｎｇｉｎｄｅｘ，ＬＩ）明显低于３６例未分化型（Ｐ＜０．０５）；２２例视神经浸润组ＲＢ组织平均ＰＣＮＡＬＩ明显高于２６例视神经未浸润组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。表明ＰＣＮＡＬＩ与ＲＢ组织学分型及浸润能力相关。结论：测定ＰＣＮＡＬＩ对于判断ＲＢ的组织学特性和生物学行为具有一定意义
OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between proliferative activity of retinoblastoma (RB) cells and RB histological type and infiltration capacity. Methods: The expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in 48 cases of RB was analyzed by streptavidin-biotin-labeled immunohistochemistry (LSAB). Results: The average PCNA labeling index (LI) of 12 cases of differentiated RB was significantly lower than that of 36 cases of undifferentiated (P <0.05). The average PCNALI of RB in 22 cases of optic nerve infiltration was significantly higher than that of 26 cases without optic nerve infiltration Group (P <0.05). PCNALI and RB histological type and infiltration capacity related. Conclusion: The determination of PCNALI is of significance in determining the histological characteristics and biological behavior of RB
