本文通过对实现预算网络会计的必要性和有利条件的分析,提出了预算网络会计信息系统的功能构想,以此提高预算会计信息质量,创新财政监督机制。

Through the analysis of the necessity and favorable conditions for realizing the budget network accounting, this paper proposes the function concept of the budget network accounting information system to improve the quality of the budget accounting information and innovate the financial supervision mechanism.
