教师队伍建设是事关教育改革发展和国家前途命运的战略性、全局性和基础性工程。加强教师队伍建设是实现教育优先发展、科学发展的根本保障。尤其是在基础教育阶段,由于受教育者认知能力和自主能力相对较弱,教师的作用也就更加凸显。教师职业专业化如何发展?近日,民盟北京市委就此议题举办基础教育论坛,与会专家学者围绕教师职业专业化发展中存在的困惑,以及教师职业专业化发展的有效途径进行了深入研讨。本刊特将部分发言刊载如下。
The construction of teacher ranks is a strategic, overall and fundamental project that relates to the educational reform and development as well as the future and destiny of our country. Strengthening the building of a contingent of teachers is the fundamental guarantee for the priority development and scientific development of education. Especially in the basic education stage, teachers’ role is even more prominent due to the relatively weak cognition and autonomy of the educated. Recently, the Democratic League of Beijing Municipal Committee held a basic education forum on this issue, experts and scholars participating in the professional development of teachers around the confusion, as well as teacher professional development of professional and effective way for an in-depth discussion.
