近几年,随着经济的发展,各地城市建设迅速发展,对于施工企业来说是一个难得的发展机遇,同时对施工企业又提出了更高更新的要求,施工企业在项目实施过程中即要追求企业利润又要确保满足质量、安全、进度的要求,只有提高施工现场的管理,才能达到目标的实现。如何才能科学合理地进行工程施工现场管理?为此,笔者谈谈自己的一些看法。
