目的了解医学生心理应激现状及影响因素,为缓解医学生心理应激提供实证性参考。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法选取研究对象,采用自编《医学生心理应激调查表》进行问卷调查。结果①医学生对自身的压力认知程度良好。②心理应激影响因素中排名前三位的是个人前途/就业、学业因素和经济因素。③大部分学生遇到压力时自己解决。④某校采取的减压措施效果不理想。⑤同学们希望丰富课余活动等措施来缓解自身压力。结论相关部门对学生采取减压干预措施,应按年级、性别等分开进行,有针对性的开展相关心理健康教育活动。
Objective To understand the status quo and influencing factors of psychological stress in medical students and provide empirical reference for relieving psychological stress in medical students. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select the subjects and a questionnaire survey was conducted using self-compiled Psychological Stress Questionnaire for Medical Students. Results ① Medical students have a good cognition of their own stress. ② Psychological stress factors in the top three personal prospects / employment, academic and economic factors. ③ most students in the face of pressure to solve their own. ④ decompression measures taken by a school less than ideal. ⑤ students hope to enrich the extra-curricular activities and other measures to ease their own pressure. Conclusion Relevant departments to take decompression interventions for students, should be separated by grade, gender, etc., targeted to carry out related mental health education activities.
