LPIN1基因是LPIN家族的一员,是调控脂肪细胞分化与脂类代谢的关键基因。该基因突变将改变血浆中胰岛素抵抗性及葡萄糖含量,导致体内脂肪组织功能性紊乱,造成多种代谢疾病。随着对LPIN1基因的研究不断深入,将该基因多态与相关疾病或药物反应进行关联分析,可以揭示复杂性疾病的致病机制与疾病的不同临床表型,也可作为实行个体化治疗的依据。本文就LPIN1基因的研究现状、生物学功能、突变和表达差异对脂肪的影响及其多态性与2型糖尿病的相关研究进展作一综述。
The LPIN1 gene is a member of the LPIN family and is a key gene that regulates adipocyte differentiation and lipid metabolism. This gene mutation will change the plasma insulin resistance and glucose content, leading to functional disorders of the body’s adipose tissue, resulting in a variety of metabolic diseases. With the deepening of the research on LPIN1 gene, the correlation analysis of this gene polymorphism with related diseases or drug reactions can reveal the different clinical phenotypes of pathogenic mechanism and disease of complex diseases, and also can be used as individualized treatment in accordance with. This review summarizes the current research status of LPIN1 gene, the biological function, the influence of mutation and expression difference on fat, and the related research progress of polymorphism and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
