体验式教学是指教师在教学过程中有目的地引导学生亲身经历教学活动,从而建构知识、发展能力、掌握技能的一种教学活动。根据体验式学习过程,设计出基于体验式教学法的MBA教学流程,并以《组织行为学》课程中的“激励”与“领导”两单元为例,详细阐述体验式教学法的实施步骤。
