高温盐浴炉的工作温度一般约在1200℃~1300℃。通常将铂铑——铂热电偶直接插入炉中进行测温,并以高温瓷管作为热电偶的保护管。如果保护管未作充分预热,往往会发生瓷管爆裂从而损坏热电极。分级预热大致可分以下两个阶段进行: 1.将热电偶置于小箱式炉内,从室温开始随炉升温至650℃左右,保温时间不少于20分钟。 2.待保护管均匀受热后,放入中温盐浴(800℃)中预热15分钟,然后再插入高温盐炉(炉温以1000℃以下为宜)直至升温至正常工作温度。工作结束后,热电偶应随炉冷却,建议最好按照预热时的逆过程缓慢冷却至室温后,用
