研究了中药复方制剂润肠通便合剂对复方地芬诺酯致便秘模型小鼠排便功能的药理作用。实验结果表明润肠通便合剂能使复方地芬诺酯致便秘模型小鼠的6h内排便重量增加,有明显的通便作用,临床上可用于治疗便秘症。
The pharmacological effects of the traditional Chinese compound compound formula, Runchang Tongbian mixture, on the defecation function of constipation-induced constipation model mice were studied. The experimental results show that the Runchang Tongbian mixture can increase the weight of the defecation within 6 hours of the constipation model mice caused by compound diphenoxylate, and has obvious laxative effect. It can be used clinically to treat constipation.
