本文采用HPLC法测定了汪清县仲坪产人参茎叶总皂甙中6种主要单体皂甙的含量,结果表明,人参茎叶中的原人参三醇组皂甙含量高于原人参二醇组皂甙,单体皂甙中Re含量最高(27.8％),其次是Rg_1(15.2％)。
In this paper, the contents of six main monomer saponins in Ginseng stems and leaves from Zhongping, Wangqing County were determined by HPLC. The results showed that the content of ginsenosides in the original ginseng triol group in the stems and leaves of Ginseng was higher than that in the original panaxdiol group. The content of Re in body saponins was the highest (27.8%), followed by Rg_1 (15.2%).
