七、冶炼工艺 本节介绍现用LF精炼法的几种冶炼工艺,质重控制和节约合金的效果。冶炼普碳钢和低合金钢时还原期通常是从炉中排除氧化渣开始;冶炼高合金工具钢或不锈钢时还原期是以加硅铁还原开始。LF方法可用于这二类还原期,在本文中前者称为方法一,后者称为方法二。若要求含氧量较低,两种方法都可采用真空脱氧来完成。
Seven, smelting process This section describes the current LF refining several smelting process, weight control and the effect of saving the alloy. When smelting plain carbon steel and low alloy steel, the reduction period usually begins with the exclusion of oxidized slag from the furnace. When smelting high alloy tool steel or stainless steel, the reduction period begins with the addition of ferrosilicon. LF method can be used for these two types of reduction period, in this article the former is called the first method, the latter is called the second method. If you require a low oxygen content, both methods can be done using vacuum deoxygenation.
