建立了温敏性离子液体萃取结合火焰原子吸收法测定痕量Pb的分析方法。考察了对萃取效率的影响因素,以温敏性离子液体为N-正丁烷基苯并噻唑六氟磷酸盐离子液体为萃取剂,溶液p H为5.99,离子液体的质量浓度为80 mg/m L,萃取时间为30 min,冰浴时间为30 min,离心时间为15 min。方法的线性方程为A=0.0223ρ-0.0001,相关系数为0.9995,线性范围为0.08~1.0μg/m L。检出限为25.8 ng/m L,加标回收率为94.4%~102.4%。
A method for the determination of trace Pb by flame atomic absorption spectrometry and temperature-sensitive ionic liquid extraction was established. The influencing factors on the extraction efficiency were investigated. The temperature-dependent ionic liquid was N-n-butylalkylbenzothiazole hexafluorophosphate ionic liquid as extractant, the pH of the solution was 5.99, the concentration of the ionic liquid was 80 mg / m L, extraction time was 30 min, ice bath time was 30 min, centrifugation time was 15 min. The linear equation of the method is A = 0.0223ρ-0.0001, the correlation coefficient is 0.9995, and the linear range is 0.08-1.0μg / m L. The detection limit was 25.8 ng / m L and the recoveries were 94.4% -102.4%.
