我们用微量量热学方法对小鼠乳腺癌细胞(MA 782/5 S-1801)在离体培养状态下进行了热化学测量,测得单个癌细胞此状态下代谢的发热功率_平均为35.1 pW/cell。以此为对照加入某种抑制剂(BNA)对癌细胞某代谢环节进行抑制时,进行同样的测量,发现该癌细胞代谢发热功率明显下降,平均结果为23.2pW/cell。这些结果对进一步研究癌细胞代谢的机理及筛选抗癌药剂将有一定的意义。
We performed a thermochemical measurement of mouse breast cancer cells (MA 782/5 S-1801) in vitro with microcalorimetry and found that the metabolic heat gain in this state of individual cancer cells was -35.1 pW / cell. Using this inhibitor as a control, BNA was used to inhibit the metabolism of cancer cells, and the same measurement was performed to find that the power of metabolic heat of the cancer cells decreased obviously with an average of 23.2 pW / cell. These results will be of great significance for further studying the mechanism of cancer cell metabolism and screening anti-cancer agents.
