本文合成了一系列取代的氧蒽酮-2-羧酸化合物和二苯酮类化合物。用大鼠的被动皮肤过敏(简称PCA)反应试验抗过敏活性,显示了化合物(Ⅱ)注射有活性,化合物(Ⅳ,Ⅴ)口服有活性。
In this paper, a series of substituted oxyanthrone-2-carboxylic acid compounds and benzophenone compounds were synthesized. Anti-allergic activity was tested using the rat’s passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) response, showing that the compound (II) is injected in an active form and that the compounds (IV, V) are orally active.
