随着我国“一带一路”战略逐步实施,我国与沿线国家的联系进一步增强,国际之间的产能合作不断加强。本文将主要分析目前“一带一路”国际产能合作中出现的法律问题,从而对当今国际之间的产能合作提出对策建议。
With the gradual implementation of the “Belt and a Road” strategy in our country, the links between our country and the countries along the line have been further strengthened and the cooperation in capacity between the two countries has been continuously strengthened. This article will mainly analyze the legal issues that have emerged in the current “Belt and a Road” international capacity cooperation and put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the capacity-building cooperation between the two countries today.
