创业者的技术经验作为企业竞争优势的重要来源,对新创企业获取、转移和有效利用技术知识,开展技术创新活动具有重要影响。从创业者技术知识转移出发,分析了创业者的先前技术经验对创新活动的周期和集中性的影响,并运用美国“创业动态跟踪研究”的调查数据进行了实证分析,发现有先前技术经验的创业者创办企业的创新周期短,创新集中度高。
As an important source of enterprise competitive advantage, the entrepreneur’s technical experience plays an important role in acquiring, transferring and effectively using technological knowledge and carrying out technological innovation activities. Starting from the transfer of entrepreneur’s technical knowledge, this paper analyzes the influence of entrepreneur’s prior technical experience on the cycle and concentration of innovative activities and conducts an empirical analysis using the survey data from the United States “Venture Tracking Study” and finds that there are some prior art Experienced entrepreneurs start their own businesses with short innovation cycles and high concentrations of innovation.
