2003年的上半年,全国各族人民在党中央的英明领导下,齐心协力,奋力拼搏,取得了抗击非典和经济发展的全面胜利,铲运工程机械行业也不例外,与去年相比有较大幅度的增长,形势十分喜人。为了更好地发展这一大好形势推动行业快速、健康的发展,2003年铲运工程机械行业年会于8月在福建省厦门市胜利召开。大会围绕“做大做强,提高市场竞争力”等议题进行了深入透彻的研讨。现全文刊登铲运工程机械分会秘书长陈凯运同志在大会上的发言,以飨读者。
