目的:探讨角色扮演在急诊护理教学中的应用方法及效果。方法对2014年度在我科实习的10批实习生共80人,分为实验组和对照组,分别运用角色扮演法和传统教学法,对比两种方法的教学效果和学生满意度。结果两组在培训前考核成绩无统计学意义,培训后比较两组考核成绩,实验组明显高于对照组,实验组对角色扮演教学法评价高。结论在急诊护理实习教学中,应用角色扮演教学法,优于传统教学法,不但可以提高学生对急救护理流程的认识与综合能力,也能提高护生主动学习意识和团队合作精神,同时也增加了对急诊临床护理的理解与兴趣,帮助护生在工作中找到自己的位置。“,”Objective:To study the application means and effects of role playing in the nursing teaching in the emergency department. Method:the student nurses of 2014 were divided into 2 groups,applying role playing teaching and traditional teaching method,and then the teaching effectiveness and degree of satisfaction were compared. Result:There was no signiifcant difference between results of examination of the group applying role playing teaching method and the group applying traditional teaching method before training. And the result of examination of the group applying role playing teaching method was signiifcantly better than the group applying traditional teaching method after training. Conclusion:The role playing teaching method was better than the traditional teaching method.
