作者报导了一种银-二硫化钼-石墨三元体系的自润滑复合材料。文中介绍了速度、负荷与温度对该材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。试验结果证明:利用该材料制作滚动轴承保持架,可实现高温高真空滚动轴承的自润滑。轴承寿命可达600小时以上。
The authors report a silver-molybdenum disulfide-graphite ternary system of self-lubricating composite material. The paper introduces the speed, load and temperature on the friction and wear properties of the material. Test results show that: the use of the material of rolling bearing cage can be achieved high temperature and high vacuum self-lubricating rolling bearings. Bearing life of up to 600 hours or more.
