曲柄摇杆机构是工农业生产中广泛采用的一种机构。按从动杆摆角、行程速比系数等条件设计曲柄摇杆机构,是机械设计人员经常碰到的课题,也是机械原理课程连杆机构一章中的教学内容。目前,机械原理教材以及各种题解中介绍的方法,大多为图解法,各种问题的解法缺少联系,未臻完善。本文从曲柄摇杆机构在其极限位置的基本几何关系出发,推导了一组设计计算公式,以统一曲柄摇杆机构这类设计课题的各种解法,并附例说明。
Crank rocker mechanism is widely used in industrial and agricultural production of a body. Designing the crank and rocker mechanism according to the swinging angle of the follower rod and the coefficient of the speed ratio of the stroke is a subject frequently encountered by mechanical designers and is also the teaching content in the chapter of the link mechanism of the mechanical principle course. At present, most of the teaching methods of mechanical principle texts and methods introduced in the texts are graphic methods, and the solutions to various problems are lack of connection and imperfect. Based on the basic geometric relationship between crank rocker mechanism and its limit position, this paper deduces a set of design formulas to unify various design solutions of crank rocker mechanism, with attached instructions.
