《铁路给水排水设计规范》初稿讨论会由铁道部第四勘测设计院主持,于1980年10月10～21日在武昌召开。会上对各单位分工修改的讨论稿,逐条进行了讨论、修改和补充,并整理成初稿,将连同重点条文说明,一起分发有关单位广泛征求意见。会议认为对一些有分歧和疑难的问题,还需继续按原分工的章节,各自进行专题的补充调研工作;对一些重大的或牵涉面较广的问题(如给水水源选择、蒸汽机车水质标准、内燃机车冷却水水质标准及污水处
The first draft of the “Design Code for Railway Water Supply and Drainage” was presided over by the Fourth Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Railways and was held in Wuchang from October 10 to October 21, 1980.
