随着高职教育的快速发展,高职院校招生规模的扩大和学生管理工作滞后之间的矛盾日益突出,高职院校的学生管理工作也出现了许多新难题和新挑战,如何提高学生管理工作的水平成为了许多高职院校关注的重点。为此,本文以高职院校学生管理对策为研究重点,对于高职院校学生管理工作中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决措施,以期适应新形势下高职院校学生管理的要求,从而顺利实现高职教育的培养目标。
