时代不断进步之中,涉及过往以技能为核心的人才培养观念已然和现代社会改革发展需求相互脱节,在此类背景下,在高职语文课堂教学中选择进行工匠精神渗透,便显得尤为必要。笔者的任务,便是在客观论证工匠精神的内涵与其在高职语文教学中贯穿融入的必要性基础上,结合实际探讨高职语文教学中关注学生工匠精神培育的有效实践举措,希望能够在日后为我国各类事业可持续发展,培养更多合格的支持服务人才。
Under the background of continuous improvement of the times, the concept of talent cultivation that involves the skills as the core has been disjointed from the needs of the reform and development of the modern society. It is especially necessary to choose to carry on the spirit infiltration of artisans in the teaching of Chinese in the higher vocational schools. On the basis of objectively demonstrating the connotation of artisan spirit and the necessity of integrating it into Chinese teaching in higher vocational colleges, the author’s task is to probe into the effective practice measures of cultivating the spirit of student artisans in Chinese teaching in higher vocational colleges in light of the actual conditions. Hopefully, For all types of sustainable development of our country, to train more qualified support service personnel.
