患者37岁,已婚,住院号390578。4年前右侧腹股沟处发现一花生米大小包块,逐渐增大,累及右下腹及右侧大阴唇。近一年来包块生长迅速,出现右下腹疼痛及压迫感,伴尿频、尿急、尿痛。既往健康,自幼无月经来潮,无孕史及产史。已婚10年,有轻度性欲要求。体检:一般状态佳,双侧乳房发育较小,似男性乳房。腹软,右下腹、腹股沟处及大阴唇处可见25cm×20cm×17cm 的实性质韧包块,有压痛,活动度小。妇科检查:右侧大阴唇被包块压迫,左侧大小阴唇萎缩,尿道正常。子宫、卵巢、阴道及阴蒂先天性缺如。实验室检查无异常,腹部平片示右下腹部一巨大软组织肿块阴影,密
