【课前分析】冀教版小学《品德与社会》五年级下册《中华美食名扬天下》,是《锦绣中华在我心中》这一主题单元的第四课。本课通过对比,引导学生了解我国南方和北方不同的饮食习惯,说明区域的差异影响着当地的物产和人们的日常生活。学生将从中华民族丰富的美食中感受我国劳动人民的聪明与智慧,从而增强民族自豪感。本课的知识目标:了解我国南北方人民饮食习惯的不同,探究其原因。能力方法目标:培养学生的动手实践能力、探究能力和合作交流能力。情感、态度、价值观目标:
