基于VERICUT对弧齿锥齿轮进行数控加工仿真以及虚拟测量。首先,介绍了传统机床的坐标转换原理以及数控加工原理,接着利用VERICUT对弧齿锥齿轮锥的大轮进行了切齿仿真;其次,通过UG软件以及生成的齿面点坐标进行了逆向三维建模;最后,将仿真的切齿模型与UG的设计模型进行测量对比,验证数控加工方法的可行性,同时也为齿轮的实际数控加工提供捷径,大大缩短了从设计到生产的周期,从而提高了弧齿锥齿轮的生产效率。
CNC Machining Simulation and Virtual Measurement of Spiral Bevel Gear Based on VERICUT.
