目的探讨微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的方法和效果。方法选择原发性三叉神经痛患者30例,采用微血管减压术进行治疗。结果本组患者术后病情立即缓解、疗效优者28例(93.3%);术后延迟缓解、疗效良者2例(6%)。结论微血管减压术治愈率高,长期复发率低,并发症少,病死率极低,尤其适合身体情况好,无其他并发症的患者,是目前原发性三叉神经痛外科治疗的首选方法。
Objective To investigate the method and effect of microvascular decompression for primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods Thirty patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were selected and treated with microvascular decompression. Results The patient’s condition was alleviated immediately after operation, 28 cases (93.3%) had excellent curative effect and 2 cases (6%) had good curative effect after operation. Conclusions Microvascular decompression has the advantages of high cure rate, low long-term recurrence rate, few complications and very low case fatality rate. It is especially suitable for patients with good physical condition and no other complications. It is the first choice for the surgical treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.
