目的:探讨单纯胃修补术对急性胃穿孔的临床治疗价值。方法:以我院2010年1月-2012年12月间应用胃大部分切除术治疗的47例急性胃穿孔患者为切除组,以我院同期应用单纯穿孔修补术的47例患者为修补组,根据手术各项数据对比两组疗效。结果:修补组手术平均耗时、住院时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均显著短于切除组,比较差异显著,(P<0.01),而并发症发生率、复发率及2个月后溃疡痊愈率均与切除组相当,(P>0.05)。结论:相比胃大部分切除术,单纯修补术治疗急性胃穿孔疗效显著,患者创伤小,术后恢复快,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of simple gastric repair for acute gastric perforation. Methods: Forty-seven patients with acute gastric perforation who underwent partial gastrectomy in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected as the resection group. Forty-seven patients treated with simple perforation repair in our hospital were selected as the repair group, According to the surgery data contrast the two groups curative effect. Results: The average operation time, hospitalization time and bowel sound recovery time in the repair group were significantly shorter than those in the resection group (P <0.01), while the complication rate, recurrence rate and ulcer cure rate after 2 months All resection group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with most of the resection of the stomach, the simple repair of acute gastric perforation of significant effect, the patient trauma, postoperative recovery, worthy of clinical application.
