本文为验证清宫仙药茶的降脂作用,应用静脉注射高胆固醇脂肪乳剂,快速形成家兔高脂血症的模型,观察该方降血脂的作用。结果表明该方对脂肪廓清起着加速作用;并能降低血清总胆固醇与甘油三酯的水平;且对血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇略有升高的趋势。
In order to verify the lipid-lowering effect of Qinggong Xianyao tea, intravenous hypercholesterolemic fat emulsion was used to rapidly establish a model of hyperlipidemia in rabbits and to observe the lipid-lowering effect of this prescription. The results show that this side accelerates the fat profile clearance, and can reduce serum total cholesterol and triglyceride levels; and there is a slight increase in serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.
