何首乌是常用中药。近年来研究证明生首乌水煎液有抑菌作用。本文就其几种不同炮制品水煎液的体外抑菌实验报道如下。一、实验材料原料何首乌购自南宁市医药公司,产于广西河池地区,为蓼科植物何首乌(Polygonam multiflorum)的干燥块根。 1.生首乌;2.黑豆汁蒸首乌:(炮制方法参照中国药典77年版一部 430页);3.清蒸何首乌:取生首乌片先蒸48小时,
Polygonum multiflorum is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years, studies have shown that antibacterial effect of decoction of the root of Shouwu. In this paper, in vitro antibacterial experiments of several different processed products decoction are reported below. First, experimental materials Raw materials Polygonum multiflorum purchased from Nanning City pharmaceutical company, produced in Guangxi Hechi area, is the Polygonum multiflorum plant dry roots. 1. Healthful Shouwu; 2. Steamed Black Soybean Shouwu: (Refer to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 77 Edition, Part 430 of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia); 3. Steamed Radix Polygoni multiflori: Take raw Radix Polygoni multiflori for 48 hours.
