山东临清市朱庄乡农机管理服务站经过七八年的探索,终于研制成功了2BMX 系列强制式棉花穴播机,解决了带絮棉种穴播的难题。目前该机已获国家专利。2BMX 系列棉花穴播机采用圆盘式排种器,利用圆盘排种孔里的挺杆把棉种强制排出。每穴3～7粒,株距有20厘米、23.5厘米和27厦米三个尺寸可供选用。点种均匀,间距一致。开沟器上装有分土限深装置,配有覆土铲和镇压器,保证播深一致,覆盖均匀。与条播相比具有省种、省工等优点,每亩播种量只有2.5千克,比条播省种70%
