拱脚设拉杆是减小拱形波纹钢屋盖结构对下部支承体系推力作用的有效途径,但对带拉杆的支承结构目前尚无明确的设计方法。在分析此类结构受力机理的基础上,指出其设计亦应同一般预应力钢结构一样分成预应力态设计和荷载态设计两个阶段,进而推导了计算索张力和长度的实用公式,给出了两种状态下结构内力和变形的简化计算方法,使得原本需进行几何非线性分析的复杂计算过程得以手算实现。最后采用有限元分析软件进行校核计算,验证了本文提出的设计方法可行且具有很高的精度。
The arch-footed tie rod is an effective way to reduce the thrust effect of the arch corrugated steel roof structure on the lower support system. However, there is no clear design method for the tie-rod supported structure. On the basis of analyzing the mechanics of this kind of structure, it is pointed out that its design should be divided into two phases, prestressed state design and load state design in the same way as the general prestressed steel structure, and then the practical formula for calculating tension and length of cable is derived. A simplified calculation method of internal forces and deformations under two states is presented, which enables the complicated calculation process that originally required geometric nonlinear analysis to be realized manually. Finally, the finite element analysis software is used to verify the calculation, which proves that the design method proposed in this paper is feasible and has high precision.
