1990年以前,上海的办公楼很少,办公大量的建造和投放市场从1995年开始,据统计到1997年底,上海市场已有可供租售面积达1490万平方米。1997年到今年是上海办公楼的上市高峰期,平均每年均有100万到200万平方米的上市量。由于统计口径的原因,估计上海办公楼的存量常年保持在800万到900万平方米之间。踏入龙年,上海市房地产市场普遍回稳,在中国即将进入世贸的利好因素影响下,大量外资相继涌入,浦东及徐汇区写字楼市场开始复苏。1999
