[目的]了解寿光市居民的意外死亡率及死亡原因,为制订卫生事业发展规划和卫生政策提供科学依据。[方法]对2008年寿光市居民意外死亡监测资料进行分析。[结果]2008年因意外死亡612例,死亡率为59.81/10万。意外死亡率(/10万),男性为87.28,女性为31.79(P<0.01);0岁为0.00,1～4岁为17.46,5～9岁为9.79,10～14岁为16.12,以后各年龄组持续较高水平,80岁以上为227.42(P<0.01)。机动车意外的运输事故、自杀是男性、女性、男女合计及15～74岁各个年龄组的前2位死因;75岁以上的前2位死因是自杀和意外跌落。[结论]机动车意外的运输事故、自杀、意外跌落是寿光市居民主要的意外死亡原因。
[Objective] To understand the accidental death rate and cause of death of residents in Shouguang city and provide a scientific basis for the formulation of health career development planning and health policy. [Method] The data of accidental death monitoring of residents in Shouguang in 2008 were analyzed. [Results] In 2008, 612 patients died of accidental death, the death rate was 59.81 / 100,000. The accidental death rate (/ 100,000) was 87.28 for males and 31.79 for females (P <0.01). The odds ratios were 0.00 for 0 years, 17.46 for ages 1 to 4, 9.79 for ages 9 to 16, The age group continued to be high, with a mean age of 227.42 over the age of 80 (P <0.01). Motor vehicle accidental transport accident and suicide are the top two causes of death for men, women, men and women and all age groups of 15-74 years. The top two causes of death above 75 years old are suicide and accidental falls. [Conclusion] Accidental accidents, suicide and accidental drop of motor vehicles are the main causes of accidental death in Shouguang residents.
