采用检测抗氧化酶活性和过氧化脂质含量的方法测定了甲状腺素(T4)对低密度脂蛋白(LDL)以Cu2+氧化修饰后的影响。结果表明预加T4的LDL组其SOD和GSH-Px活性都比氧化组明显升高,LPO含量却明显下降,上述结果均有极显著差异性。这可以说明重度粘肿型地方性克汀病患者因极度缺碘而致甲状腺素缺乏,后者不仅促使抗氧化酶活性明显下降并致LPO大量生成,这一结果可能是该病的重要病因和发病机理之一。上述疾病也常继发严重动脉粥样硬化。
The effect of T4 on the oxidative modification of low density lipoprotein (LDL) with Cu2 + was determined by detecting the activity of antioxidant enzymes and lipid peroxidation. The results showed that the activities of SOD and GSH-Px in pretreatment T4 LDL group were significantly higher than those in oxidative group, and LPO content was significantly decreased, the above results were extremely significant differences. This may explain severe cremopacin localized cretinism because of extreme lack of iodine caused by thyroxine deficiency, which not only led to a significant decrease in antioxidant enzyme activity and LPO mass production, the result may be an important cause of the disease and One of the pathogenesis. The above diseases are often secondary to severe atherosclerosis.
