“十二五”开局的第一年,位于晋西北的河曲县紧紧围绕省、市工作部署,负重奋进谋突破,奋勇争先求跨越,综改区建设元年,全县经济社会继续呈现出经济走稳、质量提升、效益向好、能力增强、民生持续改善的良好态势。预计2011年底,地区生产总值可完成53.4亿元,同比增长20%。固定资产投资可完成50亿元,同比增长6%。财政总收入完成12.8亿元,同比增长25.49%。开篇之作能取得这样的成果,是河曲县委、县政府近年来以科学发展观为指导,以加快基础建设为重点,以“正确处理十大关系,全力推进十大工程,扎实办好惠民实事”为载体,立足本地实际,不断创新发展理念,奋勇抢抓发展机遇,才成就了今天经济发展的新篇章,为“十二五”的良好开局打下了坚实的基础。五年来,全县地方生产总值从2005年的20亿元增加到2010年的43亿元;财政总收入从3.6亿元增加到10.24亿元;固定资产投资从4.7亿元增加到48.1亿元;社会消费品零售总额从3.2亿元增加到7.6亿元……
