In recent years, mathematics teaching has attracted the attention of more and more experts and scholars both at home and abroad. To recognize and reflect on the teaching of mathematics education in our country is an important issue in mathematics development. In this paper, from the perspective of enhancing the effectiveness of primary school mathematics teaching, the author points out the problems that should be paid attention to in practical teaching and gives some theoretical suggestions with practical significance in order to improve the effectiveness of primary school mathematics teaching. Since the reform and opening up, the state has consistently improved the guidelines and policies on education and teaching, especially in primary and secondary schools. According to incomplete statistics, the reform and development of primary education and teaching have played a leading role in the entire personnel training process. I
