作为高速发展的朝阳产业,旅游业对于适应市场发展要求的实用技能型人才需求量不断增大,高等职业院校在旅游相关专业的教育方面增大实践教学所占比例,提高实践教学效果,研究、建立有效的实践教学模式对于职业院校学生能力和素质的提高具有重要意义。本文在分析高职旅游类专业实践教学现状的基础上提出建立“一二三四”实践教学模式,使实践教学项目和环节更有层次,使学生更能适应市场对人才的需求。
As a high-speed developing sun industry, the tourism industry has a growing demand for practical skills talents to meet the requirements of market development. Higher vocational colleges increase the proportion of practice teaching in education of tourism-related majors and improve the practical teaching effect, It is of great significance to establish an effective mode of practice teaching for the improvement of students’ abilities and qualities in vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the status quo of practical teaching of tourism specialty in higher vocational colleges, this paper proposes to establish “one two three four” practical teaching mode to make the practical teaching programs and links more levels, so that students can better meet the market demand for talents.
