2015年初搬入新园至今,我园成为第一批“江苏省幼儿园课程游戏化建设”项目园,这成了我们发展新园的契机。在一年多的时间里,我们始终着眼于孩子,以孩子的视角来审视自己,我们围绕课程游戏化建设,记录着每一个成长的足迹,始终在行动,在向前。行动一:在专家指导下学习课程游戏化的精神是自由、自主、创造和愉悦,与我们传统的教育理念有所不同,这需要教师从理念上加以更新,理念先行,才有行动上的变化。而我们老师理念的改变离不开专家的指导。在
Since I moved into the new park in early 2015, I Park became one of the first “Jiangsu kindergarten curriculum gamification construction” project parks, which has become an opportunity for us to develop a new park. For more than a year, we have always focused on children and viewed ourselves from the perspective of children. We have built a course around the curriculum and recorded the footsteps of each growth. We are always moving forward. Action 1: Learning Courses Under the Guidance of Experts The spirit of gamification is free, independent, creative and enjoyable, which is different from our traditional educational philosophy. This requires that teachers be updated in their philosophy, with ideas first and only with action changes . Our teacher’s philosophy can not be changed without the guidance of experts. in
