(2) 防止焊接变形的方法①设计措施 a.在保证结构有足够的强度下,尽量减少焊缝的尺寸、数量和长度。焊缝避免集中在一个小的区域内,平行的焊缝应尽量减少。 b.焊缝应尽可能对称布置,使焊缝对称于结构截面的中心轴,或接近中心轴。 c.选择合理的坡口型式,应尽量采用窄的坡口型式和尺寸。 d.要考虑焊接结构生产时,有使用装焊夹具的可能性。 e.适当采用冲压结构,以减少焊接结构。②预留收缩余量法焊件焊后纵向和横向缩短,可通过焊缝收缩量的估算,在备料加工时预先留出收缩余量进行控制。焊缝纵向和横向收缩量近似
