人力资源管理是21世纪企业管理的核心内容,企业要想获得可持续的发展,就离不开人力资源管理工作的良好运转。本文从地勘单位自身行业特点出发,阐述了现代人力资源管理的概念和作用,并对当前地勘单位建立现代人力资源管理模式的必要性进行了剖析,在此基础上提出可行性的对策,以期为有关管理工作者提供有益借鉴和参考。
