由黑龙江省文联、黑龙江省音乐家协会主办的第八届黑龙江省音乐大赛通俗、美声组的比赛,在东北农业大学音乐厅成功举办;综合组钢琴、手风琴、双排键、单排键电子琴的比赛,在省文联成功举办。此项赛事已成功举办七届,评委均是来自本省音乐界最具权威的教授、专家,评奖公正、公平,赛事组织严肃、严谨,得到了省内音乐界的高度重视和广泛好评。通过初赛、半决赛、决赛的层层选拔,选手获奖情况如下:
